Part two explores at one point Afro-Arab relationships with the case of Gulf Cooperation Council and investigates Africa's relations with the ASEAN. Part three examines Africa's relations with the OAS and the EU.
Pierre Marie TAKAMTÉ is a Cameroonian and a Ph.D. holder, and a Senior Lecturer in the University of Yaoundé II. He wrote many articles on International Relations issues.
